Application Process
The application process for assistance is simple. Just come to Liberty Fitness during the application period. Applications start November 1. You can come Monday-Thursday from 5 to 7 pm and Friday from 6 to 7 pm at 888 Cottonwood Lane.
Each applicant must bring an ID and show social security cards and birth certificates for all children for whom they are applying.
We cannot promise your child will get what they ask for, but we will try to pick items that match their toy list and are right for their age. By filling out this application, you understand and accept all responsibility for gifts and toys received through the 'Christmas for Kids' program, and you take all responsibility away from those running the program. 2025 Online Application Information
We know that these are difficult times, and you may not be able to come in to fill out the application for help. We hope you can come in person, but you can now apply online. You will still need to turn in all required paperwork for your application to be processed. We cannot guarantee that your child will receive the exact items requested, but we will do our best to select items from their toy list that are suitable for their age. By applying, you accept full responsibility for the gifts received from the "Christmas for Kids" program and agree to hold harmless those involved in the program.
